Raul Diaz went with me on this trip. He is one of the evangelists at the church of Christ at Nogales Santiago, Chile. It was so encouraging to work with him. He is a great teacher and everyone made friends with him quickly. Please pray that the brethren from Santiago will be able to continue to be an influence on the work on Easter Island.

We spent a lot of time around this table at night in our studies. We also were able to study with new contacts. It seemed like the island was even more receptive than in the past. It was so encouraging! Please pray for the brethren on the island and the new contacts that have the gospel seeded in their hearts.

Looking Forward

I will leave on Monday, February 19 to go to Matanzas and Colon, Cuba. In the Matanzas area, we will help out on the farm. In Colon, we will work with the church and the preacher, Orlando. He is hard worker and it is encouraging to visit and study with the brethren and new contacts. I get back on March 3 and then Cara and I will leave on March 7 to go to Paraguay for two weeks and work with the congregations in Asuncion. Please pray for these two efforts.
