April, A month of unexpected delays

While we were parked next to the Palm Beach Lakes church of Christ, my friend made this AI photo. He thought about sending it to us while we were in Paraguay as a joke, but he didn’t. I thought it was funny and slightly represents some issues we have had this month. We planned to be in Idaho by April 17th, but due to mechanical issues with the truck, we are still in Jackson, TN. The bright side is that we have been able to spend more time with our children. We hope to be in Salmon by the first week of May. Please pray for safe travels.

Cedar Grove Church of Christ

After leaving Florida, we got to stop and report to one of our supporting congregations in Andalusia, AL. They are a very welcoming and warm congregation, and it was great to finally get to report to them. Due to some other circumstances, our previous attempts to report had to be rescheduled.

We reported on the work during the Bible class hour.

I got to preach that morning also, the preacher was out of town with a large group of the congregation for Lads to Leaders.

If you are ever in the area or passing through on a Sunday, this is a great congregation to worship with.

Finishing Strong

We are currently putting together our 2027 schedule. If you know of any congregations in the Midwest or the West that would like a visiting evangelist for a few months, please let us know.

Looking Forward

We are currently raising more support for our working fund. With the mechanical issues and rising costs, we need to raise at least an additional $1,000 per month for our working fund. If you know any congregations that would be interested in supporting a domestic mission effort, please let us know.
