October 2025 Report

This month was the last of our time in Littleton and Lancaster. We have enjoyed our time getting to know the brethren here and the area. The Northeast needs people to evangelize and work with the church. Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine are the most unchurched states in the US.

October Outreach Efforts

One of the things I did was hand out flyers in the little town of Bethlehem. It is eight minutes Southeast of Littleton. It has a population of about two thousand five hundred. The door hanger flyers are from House to House Heart to Heart. They are printed with the church's information and are a great tool for reaching out to the community and letting people know about the church. The town is more spread out than most, so it took a while to get to many houses. However, doing this kind of work is much better in the fall. We have done this a lot with groups in other places, and it is always in the summer.

Another outreach effort I did in September and October was to volunteer at the Littleton Senior Center. I would work a few hours two days a week. Mostly answering phones, scheduling rides, and signing people up for Meals on Wheels. I got to know the people who worked there, and they always asked what I was doing in New Hampshire. It was a great opportunity to talk about the church and the efforts in Littleton. This is also the place where the church meets on Sunday afternoons.

Family Time

Living on the road, we don’t get to see our kids very often. When they both had a long weekend off, we brought them up to us. We toured Boston and Vermont, seeing the sights, and enjoyed our time together. We worshipped with the Lancaster congregation, so they got to meet the kids.

Looking Forward

As I write this report, we are parked in Orangeburg, South Carolina, on our way down to Florida to be with our Palm Beach Lakes family. We will spend two months with them before we head down to Paraguay.
